Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday 12 May 2026 it purchased 17,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 668 pence per share, to be held in treasury.

Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 109,114,651 ordinary shares of 5p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 16,070,060 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 93,044,591.
