The Company announces that, following completion of the combination of Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company" or "ATR") and Pacific Assets Trust plc ("PAC"), June Ang, a Director of the Company, acquired 5,612 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the rollover of her holding in PAC.

June Ang has confirmed that she has made no subsequent acquisitions or disposals of shares in the Company since Admission.
