The Company announces that, following completion of the combination of Schroder Asian Total Return Investment Company plc (the "Company" or "ATR") and Pacific Assets Trust plc ("PAC"), Edward Troughton, a Director of the Company, acquired 11,165 ordinary shares in the Company pursuant to the rollover of her holding in PAC.

Edward Troughton has confirmed that he has made no subsequent acquisitions or disposals of shares in the Company since Admission.
