    Proposed Strategic Alliance with Trammell Crow Company
                               
                Document posted to shareholders

Savills announces that the document containing details of  the
proposed  strategic alliance with Trammell  Crow  Company,  as
announced  on  10  May  2000, and convening  an  Extraordinary
General  Meeting  for  30  June  2000  at  which  the  Special
Resolution  required  to  approve  the  transaction  will   be
proposed, was posted to Savills shareholders yesterday.
