SAVILLS ANNOUNCES NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Savills plc, the international real estate advisor, is pleased to announce the appointment of John Nixon as an additional Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 17 September 2026.

John is currently a non-executive director of Virtu Financial (appointed 2015), one of the world's leading electronic trading and market-making firms, and is a member of the U.S. Advisory Board of Temasek Holdings (appointed 2018).

John brings extensive experience as a commercial business leader having provided strategic leadership during a period of significant transformation in global financial markets, most recently as an Executive Director of ICAP plc (2002-15), prior to which he was a Partner at Veritas Capital Management (1998-2002). Before that John held various roles at Tullett & Tokyo Forex International from 1978, latterly as Chief Executive (1995-97).

There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority in respect of John Nixon.
