Today, 11 August 2000, the Board of Savills Plc approved the grant of options
over 569,867 Savills Plc Ordinary Shares of 5p each in accordance with the 
Rules of The Savills Sharesave Scheme ('the Scheme').  Of the aforementioned
grant, options were granted to the following Directors of Savills Plc:
