EBT Share Sale Completion and Director Dealing

Further to its earlier announcement on 1 June 2026, the Company announces that Andrew Knott, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has completed the purchase of 128,550,000 existing Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") from the Savannah Energy 2022 Trust, the Company's independently managed employee benefit trust (the "EBT").

Following completion of the purchase of the Shares, the relationship agreement (as detailed in the 1 June 2026 announcement) between the Company and Mr Knott has now become effective and all outstanding share options held by Mr Knott (totalling in aggregate options over 38,347,622 Ordinary Shares in the Company) have been cancelled.

The following table illustrates the effect of this transaction on Mr Knott's shareholding:
