Resignation of Director

Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS) announces that Andrew Smith has agreed with the Company to resign today as a director of the Company and his employment with the Company will end today. This is a result of discussions following the receipt of a requisition notice to convene a general meeting of the Company to terminate his appointment as a director and officer of the Company.

Andrew's duties will be assumed by Scott Kaintz who will not join the Board at this time.
