"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank shareholders for their support, their engagement throughout this process, and for taking the time to vote. Today's result demonstrates continued shareholder support for the Board's position and for the orderly succession plan we have set out. We have listened carefully to the views expressed, including those of shareholders who supported the resolutions, and will continue to welcome challenge and engage constructively with all shareholders.

"Looking ahead, the Board remains firmly focused on delivering the Group's strategy and creating long term shareholder value. We are building encouraging momentum across our key growth areas of North America, licensing and direct-to-consumer, as demonstrated by our half-year results, and the significant opportunity presented by the recent Designers Guild licence agreement.
