                     Change of Address of Registered Office

Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
announces that the address of the Company's registered office has changed. The
registered office is now the Company's office in Denham, Buckinghamshire, where
the Company Secretary is based. The Company's head office will remain in Milton
Keynes.

The address of the registered office, as of 31 January 2007, is: Chalfont House,
Oxford Road, Denham, Buckinghamshire UB9 4DX.
