- Return 50% of total Free Cash Flow generated over the three-year period from 2024 to 2026 to shareholders

Regular annual dividend of KRW 9.8 trillion

Provide additional shareholder returns if       funds remain after regular dividends within 50% of total Free Cash Flow over the three-year period;
Annual Free Cash Flow to be calculated each year, with potential early return of a portion if a meaningful amount of funds remain

- A new shareholder return policy may be announced and implemented flexibly even before the end of the current policy period, taking into account M&A activities, cash position, etc.

*In calculating total FCF for the three-year period, advance payments received under memory product LTAs (Long-Term Agreements), which are in the nature of deposits, and expenditures related to share-based performance compensation for employees and executives will be deducted

- In 3Q 2026, the Company plans to distribute approximately KRW 30 trillion in cash dividends, including the regular quarterly dividend, with details to be finalized at the Board meeting scheduled for late October 2026 

 

- Following the closing of the fiscal year 2026,

we plan to finalize the size and specific

implementation plan for the remaining shareholder

return at the Board of Directors meeting scheduled

for late January 2027, followed by a public

announcement.

  Both cash dividends and share repurchases/cancellations will be considered for these remaining shareholder returns.
