Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on July 30, 2026, announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the following contributions.

 

Payment of annual membership fee to the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI)

- Purpose of payment: Payment of the annual membership fee in response to the FKI's request

- Recipient: Federation of Korean Industries

- Payment amount: KRW 1.99 billion (scheduled to be paid in August 2026)

Contribution for holiday bonuses to on-site business partners in the DS Division

- Purpose: To encourage business partners and promote mutually beneficial cooperation

- Recipient: On-site general affairs-related business partners of the DS Division

- Contribution amount: KRW 1.73 billion (KRW 850 million of which was paid on February 10, 2026)
