TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SHARES

Correction Announcement. This announcement replaces the Transaction in Own Shares Announcement released under RNS Number 8787M on 29 December 2025 at 07:00:05 hours.

J Sainsbury plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares, from BNP PARIBAS SA (the "Broker").

Ordinary Shares

Date of purchases:	24 December 2025
Number of ordinary shares purchased:	618,000
Highest price paid per share (pence):	324.4000
Lowest price paid per share (pence):	321.8000
Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):	323.4511

Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buyback programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 6 November 2025 as announced on 7 November 2025.
The Company intends to cancel these Shares.
