TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The Sage Group plc. ("Sage" or the "Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). This is pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 22 November 2023 which is expected to end no later than 23 April 2024.

Number of ordinary shares purchased:	378,083
Highest price paid per share:	1,153.50
Lowest price paid per share:	1,137.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share:	1,147.22

Sage will cancel all the purchased shares.
