("Sage"), in conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), announces that, as at 29 May 2026, its issued share capital consists of 962,546,168 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each, of which 54,814,604 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each are held in treasury and 6,762,690 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each are held in The Sage Group plc. Employee Benefit Trust.

Therefore, the total exercisable voting rights in Sage as at 29 May 2026 are 907,731,564.

The above figure of 907,731,564 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sage under the DTRs.
