Publication of a Supplementary Base Prospectus
The Sage Group plc (FTSE: SGE) ("Sage"), a leader in accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, announces that the following Supplement to the Base Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplement dated 28 August 2026 ("Supplement") to the Base Prospectus for Sage’s £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 5 February 2026 ("Base Prospectus") unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Sage Treasury Company Limited.
