The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("Notice of Meeting") is now available on Sage's website and can be accessed via www.sage.com/investors.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of The Sage Group plc. will be held at our registered office at C23 - 5 & 6, Cobalt Park Way, Cobalt Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE28 9EJ, on Thursday, 5 February 2026 at 12 noon. Full information is set out in the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R, a copy of the Notice of Meeting and related Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The following documents have been dispatched to Sage's shareholders today, 4 December 2025:

-      The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025;
