Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs") with them

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Sage was notified that on 28 May 2026, Aaron Harris, Chief Technology Officer, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team and a PDMR, sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 1^4/77 pence each in Sage ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £8.5074 per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Aaron Harris is 197,301 Ordinary Shares.

Sage was also notified that on 27 May 2026, Amy Cosgrove, PCA to Aaron Harris, Chief Technology Officer, sold 12,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of £8.5072 per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Amy Cosgrove is 4,768 Ordinary Shares.
