Outcome of audit tender

As stated in the Saga plc (the Company) 2026 Annual Report and Accounts, the Company commenced a formal audit tender process led by the Audit and Risk Committee.  Following completion of that process, the Board of Directors has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) as the Company's independent external auditor for the financial year ending 31 January 2028.

The appointment of PwC will be recommended to shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2027. KPMG LLP (KPMG) will continue as independent external auditor for the year ending 31 January 2027.

The Board would like to express its sincere appreciation to KPMG for its longstanding service, insight and highly valued contribution to Saga since 2017, and also thanks all firms that participated in the tender process for their commitment throughout the process and the high quality of their engagement. The Company looks forward to working closely with PwC in the years ahead.
