The Notice of the AGM, together with the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2026 will shortly be posted to shareholders. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Financial Report are also available to view on the Investment Manager's website at https://www.ruffer.co.uk/ric#docs-and-accouncements.
The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Financial Report have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA.
