Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement for the cash offer for Spectris (UK, constituent) by Aurora Bidco Limited (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Spectris (UK, 0330860) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

RTW Biotech Opportunities (UK, BKTRRM2) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from the open of Thursday 04 December 2025.
