Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
RTW Biotech Opportunities Ltd ("RTW Bio" or the "Company"), the London Stock Exchange-listed investment company focused on identifying transformative assets with high growth potential across the life sciences sector, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") with immediate effect as Joint Corporate Broker alongside BofA Securities, who remain Joint Corporate Broker.
Share Repurchase Programme
Jefferies will be appointed as buyback agent of the Company's existing share repurchase programme (the "Programme") with effect from the date of this announcement.
Share purchases may continue during any closed period to which the Company is subject during the duration of the Programme.
The Programme will be conducted in accordance with chapter 9 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules. Any purchase of shares under the Programme by Jefferies will be carried out on the London Stock Exchange in accordance with the general authority to purchase shares granted by its shareholders at the Company's latest Annual General Meeting.
