Royal Bank of Canada today issued SGD 600,000,000 2.172 per cent. Covered Bonds due September 10, 2029, Series 78849 (the "Covered Bonds"), pursuant to the €75,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Royal Bank of Canada, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership (the "Programme").

The following document constitutes the pricing supplement dated September 8, 2026 (the "Pricing Supplement") relating to the admission to trading of the Covered Bonds for the purposes of ISM Rulebook and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 9, 2026, as supplemented by the 1^st Supplementary Base Prospectus dated August 28, 2026, relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination of the Pricing Supplement and the Prospectus.
