The following transferable securities have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market:

Royal Bank of Canada (the "Issuer") GBP475,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due September 2027 (XS3515121302) (the "Notes") issued under the Issuer's U.S.$75,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the final terms published by the Issuer on September 21, 2026 (the "Final Terms") and the Prospectus dated July 9, 2026, as supplemented by the 1^st Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 28, 2026, relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").
