As at 30 September 2025, the Company's issued ordinary share capital comprised 833,219,401 ordinary shares of 0.5p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 September 2025 was 833,219,401 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
