Further to the announcements made on 25 March 2026 and 26 March 2026 in relation to the Fundraising, and following Second Admission becoming effective at 8.00 a.m. on 14 April 2026, the Company confirms that the following Directors and PDMR have each subscribed for Placing Shares at the Issue Price of 2.0 pence per new Ordinary Share, as detailed below:
