Appointment of Nomad and Joint Brokers

Rome Resources plc (AIM: RMR) the DRC focused tin explorer, is pleased to announce it appointed SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP (“SP Angel”) as the Company’s nominated advisor and joint corporate broker with effect from 22 September 2026.

The Company is also appointing CREST Corporate Broking (‘Crest’) (a trading name of Cal Investments), the successor to Oak Securities, as joint broker to the Company. Crest has been appointed with immediate effect, with SP Angel acting alongside Crest as joint broker.

SP Angel will be issued with a warrant to subscribe for 15,800,000 new ordinary shares of the Company exercisable at a price of GBP 0.0029 per share up to and including 2 September 2031.
