Rockwood Strategic Plc (LSE: RKW) announces that it received notice on 26 March 2025 that, Paul Dudley, Director and PDMR of the Company, purchased 9,790 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, at a price of 255.60 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchases, Mr Dudley is interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, reflecting 0.06% of RKW's issued share capital.
