Rockhopper (AIM: RKH), the oil and gas company with key interests in the North Falkland Basin, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") was held earlier today. A poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed at the AGM and the results of the poll are set out below.

Board Appointments

Further to the announcement on 5 June 2026, following the approval of shareholders at the AGM, William Perry and Barak Mashraki have been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and Non-Executive Director respectively with immediate effect.
