Tooru plc (AIM: TOO), a Company focused on the health and wellness sector, announces that Scott Livingston, Chief Executive Officer, will be hosting an Investor Webinar on Tuesday 20^th January 2026, at 6:00 p.m. (GMT).

The Webinar will principally cover Tooru's vision for its future, along with recent progress highlighted in various product updates. 

There will be a Q&A session for investors after the Company's presentation, for which questions can be submitted pre-event as part of the registration process.

The webinar is open to shareholders and other interested parties. A link to register will be published in the coming days.

The webinar will be hosted by Turner Pope Investments.
