River Global PLC ("River Global" or the "Company")

NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")

The Company has received notification that, on 26 March 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 1,375,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 35.86 pence per share (the "Purchase").

The Company has also been made aware that on 18 February 2026, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC acquired the entire holding of 6,000,000 A Ordinary Shares held by Oryx International Growth Fund Limited, also PCA to Christopher Mills ("the Transfer").  As a result the table below corrects the ownership information included in error in the Company's two RNS's dated 24 March 2026.

Following the Purchase and the Transfer, Christopher Mills and PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 36,997,500 B Shares, representing 25.70% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
