advised the Company that he is beneficially interested in a further 1,810 RITCP
ordinary shares (0.001% of issued), purchased on 20 June 2005 at 754p per share.
Following this purchase, Lord Rothschild's interests in the ordinary shares of
RITCP comprise the following:

20,108,741 shares (12.88% of issued) held beneficially.

6,708,324 shares (4.30% of issued) held non-beneficially.
