today advised the Company that he is beneficially interested in a further 2,250
RITCP ordinary shares (0.001% of issued), purchased on 11 June 2004 at 598p per
share. Following this purchase, Lord Rothschild's interests in the ordinary
shares of RITCP comprise the following:

20,106,931 shares (12.82% of issued) held beneficially.

6,708,324 shares (4.28% of issued) held non-beneficially.
