NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

We have been notified on behalf of Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE of the following transaction involving the £1 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares").  Details of this transaction is set out in the below table and is disclosed by the Company in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.

Following these transactions, Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE has advised the Company that her family interests in the Company comprise the following:

•              12,740,667 ordinary shares of £1.00 each (10.21% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares¹) held beneficially.

•              14,122,416 ordinary shares of £1.00 each (11.32% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares¹) held non-beneficially.
