NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

We have been notified on behalf of Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE of the following transactions in respect of the tender offer announced by the Company on 8 July 2026.  The details are set out in the below tables and disclosed by the Company in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014.

Following these transactions, Dame Hannah Rothschild CBE has advised the Company that her family interests in the Company comprise the following:

12,765,032 ordinary shares of £1.00 each (10.23% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares¹) held beneficially.

14,122,416 ordinary shares of £1.00 each (11.31% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares¹) held non-beneficially.
