The highest price paid per share was £21.60, not £21.248.

The lowest price paid per share was £21.248, not £20.60.

Transaction in own shares AMENDMENT

In accordance with the FCA Listing Rules, the Company announces that on 12 May 2026 it purchased for cancellation 2,500 Ordinary Shares of £0.25 each.

The prices paid were as follows:

Lowest price paid per share

£21.248

Highest price paid per share

£21.60

 

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 4,765,043.  There are no shares held in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
