REVEILLE RESOURCES PLC
("Reveille", or the "Company")
Appointment of Carole Whittall as Strategic Advisor
Grant of Options
Reveille [AQSE: REV], a uranium exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy's largest uranium deposits, is pleased to announce the appointment of Carole Whittall as a Strategic Advisor to the Company, with effect from today.
Carole will advise the Board on Reveille’s growth strategy, financial planning, capital allocation and funding priorities, and the Company’s development as a listed business. She will work with management to assess potential acquisitions and other opportunities, including their strategic fit and commercial merits, and help strengthen Reveille’s proposition to institutional investors, drawing on her background in geology and the mining industry and experience of establishing and growing listed resources businesses. This is a non-board appointment.
Carole joins Reveille’s strategic advisory team alongside Sofia Bianchi, whose appointment as Strategic Advisor was announced on 26 October 2026. Sofia is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Yellow Cake plc, where Carole is Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director. Together, they bring executive and board-level experience from one of the world’s largest listed uranium investment companies.
About Carole Whittall
Carole is Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Yellow Cake plc, a uranium investment company with a market capitalisation of approximately £1.33 billion as at 30 October 2026. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the natural resources sector, including in finance, corporate development and mergers and acquisitions.
Carole is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Atalaya Mining plc, a London-listed European copper producer with a market capitalisation of approximately £1.27 billion as at 30 October 2026. She chairs Atalaya’s Audit Committee and is a member of its Sustainability Committee, bringing current board-level experience in financial oversight and sustainability.
Carole is a co-founder of Mining Strategies Limited, an advisory firm serving the metals and mining sector. She previously held senior commercial and business development roles at Rio Tinto and was Vice President and Head of M&A at ArcelorMittal Mining, where she was a member of the Mining Executive Team. Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate finance at J.P. Morgan and Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from London Business School.
Carole Whittall, Strategic Advisor to Reveille, commented:
“Securing reliable uranium supplies is central to Europe’s energy resilience, and I am delighted to be joining Reveille Resources as an adviser to help advance that objective. As the European Union seeks to strengthen its strategic autonomy and reduce its dependence on external sources of critical raw materials, the same ambition should extend to securing reliable and diversified uranium supplies. Nuclear energy is an essential component of a secure, low-carbon and resilient energy system, making the development of reliable uranium sources an important part of Europe’s long-term energy strategy.
Reveille has a rare opportunity to build on decades of exploration and substantial historical investment at Novazza and Val Vedello, just as Italy is reconsidering the role of nuclear energy. Andrea and Ippolito Cattaneo have recognised the potential of these assets and bring valuable experience in building and growing resources businesses. The calibre of individuals they have attracted to the Company is a testament to the strength of the opportunity and their vision for Reveille.
I look forward to working with the Reveille Resources team, contributing my experience and helping the Company realise its growth ambitions in this strategically important sector.”
Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, Executive Director of Reveille, commented:
“We are delighted that Carole has agreed to join Reveille as a Strategic Advisor. As Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Yellow Cake, a uranium investment company with a market capitalisation of approximately £1.3 billion and one of the world’s largest listed uranium investment companies, she brings exceptional financial and sector experience. Her understanding of what it takes to build and develop a listed uranium company will be particularly valuable to Reveille.
Carole will advise the Board on Reveille’s growth strategy, capital allocation, funding plans and development as a listed company. Working with the team, she will also contribute to the evaluation of potential acquisitions and other opportunities, including their strategic fit and economics. Her geological background will provide a useful additional perspective when we review technical advice, identify areas requiring further investigation and consider relevant expertise.
The calibre of the team we are assembling reflects the direction of travel for Reveille and the scale of our ambition. We are focused on progressing the exploration permit applications for Novazza and Val Vedello, Italy’s largest historic uranium deposits, while actively reviewing acquisition opportunities in Western-aligned jurisdictions. Carole’s experience will strengthen our ability to position Reveille for institutional investment and pursue growth opportunities that support secure uranium supply to Western markets.”
Share Options
In connection with her appointment, the Company proposes to grant Carole Whittall 2,500,000 options (the “Options”) to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The Options will have an exercise price of 16.625 pence per Ordinary Share, being the mid-market closing price of the Ordinary Shares on the Aquis Growth Market on 30 October 2026, and a life of five years from the date of grant. The Options will vest in equal monthly instalments over the first 12 months of the consultancy. The grant remains subject to execution of the option agreement and the necessary corporate approvals.

Notes to Editors
Reveille Resources plc (AQSE: REV) is a UK natural resources exploration and development company with a primary focus on Italy, where it is advancing the exploration and development of the country's largest historic uranium deposits.
Through its Italian subsidiary, Futuro Energetico Italiano S.r.l, the Company has submitted exploration-licence applications in respect of the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium projects in northern Italy, each of which is subject to the applicable environmental-assessment process. The projects were historically explored and developed by AGIP Nucleare S.p.A. and its operating subsidiary, SOMIREN, both part of the ENI group, during Italy's national nuclear programme between 1959 and 1983. This work included more than 87,000 metres of historical drilling and approximately 17 kilometres of underground development.
Reveille's strategy is to identify and advance uranium projects that have benefited from substantial historical exploration and technical work, but where value has yet to be fully realised due to geopolitical, technological, financial or historical factors. By applying modern exploration techniques and internationally recognised reporting standards, the Company intends to verify historical data, advance exploration and work towards the delineation of mineral resources in accordance with internationally recognised reporting standards.
While Italy remains the Company's principal area of focus, Reveille will selectively evaluate additional uranium opportunities elsewhere in Europe and in other Western jurisdictions where similar value creation opportunities exist. The Company is committed to advancing its projects responsibly, working closely with local communities, regulators and other stakeholders to ensure that exploration activities are undertaken to the highest environmental, technical and governance standards.
