Cancellation of the Company's Share Premium Account

 

 

Residential Secure Income plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following approval of the cancellation of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction") by the Company's shareholders at the general meeting held on 8 July 2026 and formal approval on 11 August 2026 by the High Court of Justice in England (the "Court"), the court order confirming the Capital Reduction and a statement of capital approved by the Court were registered by the Registrar of Companies on 18 August 2026.  Accordingly, the Capital Reduction has now become effective.

Further information relating to the Capital Reduction is set out in the circular published by the Company on 19 June 2026. The Capital Reduction itself does not involve any distribution or repayment of capital by the Company and does not change the total number of shares issued by the Company.
