Property Week RESI Awards Sponsorship

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK¹ private rental sector, is pleased to announce that it has agreed to become a Headline Sponsor of the Property Week RESI Awards 2025 (the "RESI Awards"), due to be held on 6 May 2026 (the "Sponsorship").

The RESI Awards recognises outstanding achievements in residential property. With 1,200+ attendees, it is one of the most prestigious events in the property calendar and will afford widespread industry visibility to RentGuarantor during the event and over months of promotional materials.

As part of the Sponsorship, RentGuarantor is sponsoring the Agency of the Year award and the Build-to-Rent (BTR) category, enabling the Company to advance its relationship with key stakeholder groups in these areas - both living sector operators and estate agents.

The Sponsorship reinforces the Company's wider marketing activities and brand strategy ahead of an important time in 2026, with the implementation of the first major changes of the Renters' Rights Act commencing on 1 May 2026.
