Change of AGM Date

 

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, announces an amendment to the date for the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

 

The AGM will now be held on Tuesday 5 May 2026 at 10:00 am (BST) in the offices of Druces LLP, 99 Gresham St, London, EC2V 7NG.

 

In accordance with the change in AGM date, the Company is sending shareholders an amended Notice of AGM (the "Amended Notice of AGM").

 

If you have already completed and submitted a Form of Proxy pursuant to the original Notice of AGM, the Company's Registrars will treat it as valid unless a new Form of Proxy is completed and returned in accordance with the instructions detailed in the Amended Notice of AGM.  Shareholders who have already voted should submit a new proxy vote if they wish to amend their previous vote. If you submit more than one valid proxy, the proxy received last before the latest time for the receipt of proxies will take precedence.

 

The Amended Notice of AGM is available to download on the Company's website (https://investorhub.rentguarantor.com/) and will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy.

 

There is no change to the Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 which has already been sent to those shareholders who have requested a hard copy and is available to download on the Company's website (https://investorhub.rentguarantor.com/)
