Year End Trading Update & Notice of Results

Full-year results in line with market expectations, delivering record revenue and operating profit

Record order book drives positive outlook

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, provides the following trading update for the financial year ended 30 September 2026.

The Group expects to report trading for the year in line with market consensus1, achieving record levels of revenue and operating profit. The record performance delivered during the year reflects the resilience of the Group’s operating model and the quality of its increasingly diversified end-market exposure.

Through the year, Renew has continued to focus on the important markets of Water and Energy which are crucial for meeting the UK's infrastructure needs. The Group has enhanced its service offerings in these markets through the acquisitions of Emerald Power, Edwards Diving Services, PWR-X and Electricity Distribution Engineering Services. These acquisitions are integrating well and the Board expects to continue to expand in these markets both organically and through targeted, earnings-enhancing acquisitions.

The Group's balance sheet remains strong, finishing the year with a net cash position ahead of market expectations1, partly as a consequence of receiving a one-off insurance payment of c.£6.9m, relating to the settlement of historical claims. The strength of our balance sheet provides us with the financial flexibility to execute on our active M&A pipeline.

This increased participation in attractive end markets, with highly visible and committed investment programmes, has contributed to a record order book at 30 September 2026, providing the Board with confidence in the Group’s prospects for the year ahead and beyond.

Notice of Results

Renew's preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2026 will be announced on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

1Company compiled analyst consensus for adjusted revenue of £1,191.2m, adjusted operating profit of £77.7m and pre-IFRS 16 net cash of £6.3m
