Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, announces that Sean Wyndham-Quin, CFO, has transferred 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Renew ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Kirsty Wyndham-Quin at nil cost today.

Following this transaction, Sean Wyndham-Quin and his connected persons continue to hold 139,691 Ordinary Shares representing  0.18% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
