Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that it has made the following purchase of ordinary shares of 0.1p in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in Treasury, pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 29 October 2026:

Following the repurchase of Ordinary Shares set out above, the Company's issued share capital remains at 103,071,740 Ordinary Shares, 1,589,750 of which will be held in Treasury. For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, shareholders should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 101,481,990 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest in the Company.
The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Programme.
