Signature of Contract

24 July 2026

Red Rock Resources Plc, the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in gold, base metals, battery metals, and hydrocarbons, principally in Africa and Australia, announces, further to the announcements of 1 June 2026 and 25 June 2026, the signature of a contract between the Ministry of Rural Development of the DRC and Koto DRC SARL for the works of construction and  installation of the first factory for manufacture of wall panels for the construction of housing in the province of Kinshasa.

This follows the public tender and publication of provisional award of the contract, which covers a further two factories. Following final award, initial payment for Lot 1, with a contract value of $7,158,887, will now be made to Koto DRC SARL.

Red Rock Chairman Andrew Bell comments: "This follows a lengthy process whereby the Company formed a 50-50 joint venture (JV) in November 2024 to operate factories and build low cost housing, made a proposal to and signed an agreement with the Ministry of Rural Development in October 2025, and subsequently in 2026 the JV won an open tender which was then reviewed by the different regulatory bodies.

The final signature of the contract is a significant milestone which permits the disbursement of funds into the JV."

Previous announcements have been made by the Company as matters progressed, notably on 6 November 2024, 23 October 2025, 11 February 2026, 1 April 2026, and now 1 June 2026 and 25 June 2026. Further announcements will be made as progress continues on this and other matters.

As noted in the Interim Statement dated 1 April 2026, the Company expected sales of assets and progress in the DRC to support the financial position, which has remained stretched while waiting for these developments. These matters have progressed but not at the forecast speed, so that the Company expects to raise further funds by disposals or otherwise, and meanwhile

depends on the continued support of key stakeholders.
