Following the above transactions, the Company will hold 40,784,085 of its ordinary shares in treasury and have 633,221,667 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 633,221,667 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
