Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces that, during the period between 5 August 2026 and 7 August 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 5/12 pence each ("ordinary shares") from Citigroup Global Markets Limited in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 3 August 2026, as announced on 4 August 2026. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above transactions, the Company will hold 38,998,522 of its ordinary shares in treasury and have 635,007,230 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 635,007,230 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
