Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company" or "Reckitt") (LSE: RKT) today announces its Half Year Results statement for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is available at

Dividend

The Board of Directors have resolved to pay an interim 2026 dividend of 88.6 pence (interim 2025: 84.4 pence), in line with our policy to deliver sustainable growth through a progressive dividend.

The ex-dividend date will be 6 August 2026 and the dividend will be paid on 18 September 2026 to shareholders on the register at the record date of 7 August 2026.

 

Buyback

Announcing new share buyback programme to commence imminently, with up to £500 million of shares to be repurchased over the next twelve months.
