Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company"), together with Reckitt Benckiser Treasury Services plc (the "Issuer"), announces that on 2 November 2026 they successfully launched and priced EUR 650,000,000 3-month EURIBOR + 0.55 per cent. Floating Rate Notes due 9 November 2028 under the GBP 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of the Issuer (the "Notes"), issued by the Issuer and guaranteed by the Company. The Notes are expected to be issued on 9 November 2026.
