Reach plc ("The Company") Announces Non-Executive Director Appointment

Reach plc appoints Clive Whiley as a Non-Executive Director

Reach plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Clive Whiley as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 21 September 2026.

Clive brings with him over forty years' experience in executive and non-executive director roles across a wide range of industries and geographies in both regulated and listed companies. Clive currently serves as chair of STV plc and Mothercare plc and is senior independent director of MPAC Group plc and Griffin Mining Ltd. 

His previous appointments include non-executive chair of De La Rue plc, chair of Dignity plc, senior independent director of Sportech plc and a non-executive director of Grand Harbour Marina plc, Camper & Nicholsons Marina Investments Limited and Stanley Gibbons Group plc.

This appointment forms part of the Company's Board succession planning. As previously announced, Olivia Streatfeild will be stepping down from her role as a Non-Executive Director by the end of the financial year, and, following a search process to identify a new Chair, Nick Prettejohn will be stepping down as he reaches the end of his nine year tenure as Chair in early 2027.

Commenting on the appointment Nick Prettejohn, Chair said:
