DOLPHIN LIVING FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

RCB Bonds PLC (the "Company") announces that the annual financial statements for The Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation (trading as Dolphin Living) (the "Charity") for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, have been published and are now available for inspection and to download from the Company's website.

The Charity has informed the Company that the net deficit reported for the year was principally attributed to costs incurred in connection with the decant of the New Era estate and the rehousing of  residents at another property which accounted for £1.9m of the £2.1m loss. These costs were planned as part of the Charity's development programme.
